The order placement process
The customer's needs and goals are discussed with the print shop manager. They discuss the type of products, circulation, format, materials, design and other features of the order.
Based on the discussions and information provided, the designer begins to develop the layout. This stage consists of creating the design, drafting text, creating images and logos.
Once the layout is finalized, the client is given the opportunity to review it and make any necessary changes to make sure it meets their expectations and brand.
After the layout is approved, the printing process of the ordered materials begins. The printing house uses different types of printing: offset, digital, screen and others, depending on the customer's requirements and product specifications.
After printing, products can be subjected to additional processing and finishing stages such as: lamination, embossing, foiling, special surface treatment, etc.
Finished products undergo quality control to ensure they meet standards and customer requirements. This may include checking color accuracy, image sharpness and other parameters.
After quality check, the products are packed and prepared for shipment. Various delivery options are available to the customer, including self-delivery, courier delivery or postal delivery.
