Local printing in Baku for World Aquatics 2026 — teams, sponsors and media

Baku will host the opening leg of the 2026 World Aquatics Swimming World Cup from 1 to 3 October. It is the first World Aquatics event ever hosted in Azerbaijan and the first stop of a three-city "Silk Road" tour, followed by Tashkent on 8–10 October and Astana on 15–17 October.

When something changes after you arrive
Sporting events create last-minute print needs for very different reasons: a delegation needs additional branding, a sponsor requires revised artwork, a media team needs a replacement interview backdrop, or a venue hosting visitors needs signage or printed material.
Many print-ready products can be produced on the same working day when ordered before 14:00. Most of the rest can be ready the next working day. Actual turnaround depends on product, quantity, material, finishing and whether the file is ready for production. We inspect the files first and confirm an achievable deadline before any work begins.
We can deliver to the venue rather than only to a hotel or office. Our team works in English, Russian and Azerbaijani.
