Exhibition printing in Baku for ADEX 2026 exhibitors

ADEX 2026 is the 6th Azerbaijan International Defence Exhibition, organised by Caspian Event Organisers. It takes place at Baku Expo Center and will open Pavilion 5 for the first time this year. Exhibition hours are 14:00–18:00 on 30 September, 10:00–18:00 on 1 October and 10:00–17:00 on 2 October.

When the materials arrive late
A large part of exhibition printing is requested in the final two weeks before a show. Artwork changes, a backdrop is damaged in transit, a document needs a corrected figure, or an extra set of materials is needed after the team arrives in Baku.
Many products can be produced on the same working day when ordered before 14:00. Most of the rest can be ready the next working day. Actual turnaround depends on the product, quantity, material, finishing and whether the artwork is print-ready. We check the files and confirm an achievable deadline before proceeding.
