A name badge identifies people at events, conferences and inside a company. Print.az makes the complete set: a plastic or laminated card, a protective holder and a fastening. Standard production is 3-5 working days, with same-day production available for urgent orders.
What a badge set includes
A complete set has three parts: the card itself, a clear holder that protects it, and a fastening. The card is printed on plastic or heavy paper. The holder keeps it from tearing or absorbing moisture. The fastening can be a neck lanyard, a clip, or a magnet that leaves no mark on clothing.
Sizes and materials
We offer five sizes. 89×57 mm matches a business card and is the usual choice for employee name badges. 54×86 mm is the portrait lanyard badge and the smallest. 76×102 mm suits corporate events, 102×152 mm suits conferences and multi-day programmes, and 105×148 mm (A6) holds the most information. Plastic suits long-term use; laminated paper costs less and is the sensible choice for a one-off event.
Personalisation
We print name, job title, department, company logo, QR code and photograph. Send the list as an Excel file and every card is produced individually at no extra charge. Lanyards are printed in our own production too, so a branded lanyard is ready on the same day as the cards. We ask for no minimum quantity — you can order a single badge.
Production time
Standard production is 3-5 working days. Next working day carries a 50% surcharge and same working day 100%. Tell us your event date in advance and we will schedule around it.
Delivery
Collection from our office is free. Delivery within Baku is 7 AZN and delivery to the regions is 20 AZN.
