Ordinary office paper undermines a certificate — the value of the document is felt the moment it is picked up. Print.az prints certificates on heavy designer stock, with optional gold foil and embossing. Standard production is 3-5 working days.
Choosing the paper
Use at least 250 gsm for a certificate. Anything lighter bends in the hand and the document reads as cheap. Textured designer stocks — laid, linen or ribbed finishes — reinforce the impression of an official document.
Finishing methods
Gold and silver foil is used for the name, logo and border; it catches the light in a way ink cannot. Embossing raises the design above the paper surface using no ink at all. The two can be combined on the same certificate. All of this is done in our own production rather than sent to an outside workshop, which keeps the turnaround short and the quality control with us. We ask for no minimum quantity — you can order a single certificate.
Individual text and numbering
Each certificate can carry its own name, date and registration number. Send the list as an Excel file and we print with sequential numbering — which matters for training providers and official ceremonies.
Production time
Standard production is 3-5 working days. Express options — next working day (+50%) and same working day (+100%) — are selectable at checkout at any quantity. Foiled certificates are produced to the standard turnaround: foiling is a separate operation after printing, so express production is not offered for them.
