We print letterheads at three levels: Econom, Standard and Premium, in quantities from 50 to 10,000. A letterhead carries official letters, contracts and certificates, so the quality of the paper is noticed just as much as the document itself.
Choosing the level
The difference is paper weight. Econom is 80 gsm, the weight of ordinary office paper, for everyday internal paperwork. Standard is 120 gsm, the balanced choice for external correspondence — noticeably firmer in the hand. Premium is 160 gsm, genuinely heavy stock, intended for documents that stay in someone's hands: contracts, formal proposals, letters signed by management.
What belongs on a letterhead
Logo, full registered company name, address, telephone, email and tax number. Place these in the top and bottom margins and leave the text area empty — text will be added to the printed sheet by an office printer later, so the middle has to stay clear.
Printer compatibility
Letterheads pass through an ordinary office printer, so paper that is too heavy causes problems. This is the one practical constraint to weigh when choosing Premium — tell us what printer you use before ordering and we will pick a suitable option together.
Quantity
From 50 to 10,000 sheets. A letterhead rarely changes, so a large run is usually the cheaper route — but if your address or telephone number might change, starting small is the wiser call.
Production and delivery
Standard production is 3-5 working days; next working day carries a 50% surcharge and same working day 100%. Collection is free, delivery within Baku is 7 AZN, and to the regions 20 AZN. The turnaround is counted in working days and weekends do not count: an order placed on Saturday with the next-working-day option is ready on Monday. The same-working-day option applies to orders placed before 12:00 and is not available on Saturdays. Express options are limited by print run: next working day applies to orders of up to 3,000 units, and same working day up to 1,000.
