Roll-up
The roll-up is an ideal advertising solution for exhibitions, presentations, conferences, points of sale and a variety of events. It comes with high-quality print, a sturdy aluminium mechanism and a convenient carry bag.
A roll-up is a free-standing display: the graphic pulls up out of the mechanism and rolls back in afterwards. Four sizes are available — 85×200, 100×200, 120×200 and 200×200 cm. It is the most widely used format for events, exhibitions, shop entrances and reception areas.
Choosing the size
85×200 cm is the workhorse: it fits a narrow walkway, the side of a reception desk, a shop entrance. 100×200 and 120×200 read better from a distance on an exhibition stand. 200×200 works as a wall — chosen when you need a backdrop, or a background for photographs.
The one rule for the artwork
The bottom 15-20 cm is usually hidden behind a table, people, or the next stand. Put the important content — the name, the offer, the contact details — in the top half, and leave only secondary material low down. A roll-up designed without this rule cannot be read from across a room.
Transport and setting up
A roll-up needs no tools: stand the mechanism on the floor, pull the graphic up, and slot it onto the support pole. One person sets it up in a couple of minutes. It rolls away into a carry bag, which is what makes it easy to take from one event to the next.
File requirements
150 DPI is enough for large format — these are not viewed close up, and the 300 DPI a business card needs only makes the file heavier. Send artwork at actual size or to proportional scale, with 3 cm of bleed on every side. Keep text at least 5 cm inside the edge.
Production and delivery
Standard production is 3-5 working days; next working day carries a 50% surcharge and same working day 100%. Collection is free, delivery within Baku is 7 AZN, to the regions 20 AZN. The turnaround is counted in working days and weekends do not count: an order placed on Saturday with the next-working-day option is ready on Monday. The same-working-day option applies to orders placed before 12:00 and is not available on Saturdays.
