Banner printing

Large-format banner printing for advertising, events and window displays. Enter your size, choose the material and get a real-time price.

A banner is dense, opaque PVC — the most widely used outdoor print material. It suits events, openings, sale announcements and long-term facade advertising. You set the width and length yourself; there is no fixed size list. Standard production is 3-5 working days.

When a banner is the right choice

A banner fixes to a wall, a fence or a frame, and its back is not seen. The image reads fully saturated because the material passes no light. It withstands rain and sun. Anywhere the wind does not need to pass through — indoors, on a low fence, flat against a wall — a banner gives both the better result and the better price.

Banner or mesh

This choice is decided by wind, not by price. A banner is solid material: wind fills it like a sail, strains the frame at height or in the open, and can tear the sheet. For upper floors, building facades and exposed sites, choose a mesh banner, which is perforated and lets wind through. In low or sheltered positions the banner is the better material.

Giving the size

You enter width and length in centimetres and the quantity — there is no fixed size list to choose from, any size is possible. The price is calculated by area, so taking 10 cm off the width takes money off the price. Measure the space before you specify: it can be trimmed later, it cannot be made bigger.

Fixing

Eyelets — metal rings — are set along the edges, and the banner is tied with rope or cable ties. The eyelet stops the material tearing at the hole; without them a banner rips from its fixing point in the first strong wind. In exposed positions, closer eyelet spacing is safer.

File requirements

150 DPI is enough for large format — nobody views a banner close up, and the 300 DPI a business card needs only makes the file heavier here. Send artwork at actual size or to proportional scale, with 3 cm of bleed on every side. Keep text at least 5 cm inside the edge: that is where the hem and eyelets go.

Production and delivery

Standard production is 3-5 working days; next working day carries a 50% surcharge and same working day 100%. Collection from our office is free, delivery within Baku is 7 AZN, and delivery to the regions is 20 AZN. The turnaround is counted in working days and weekends do not count: an order placed on Saturday with the next-working-day option is ready on Monday. The same-working-day option applies to orders placed before 12:00 and is not available on Saturdays.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a banner and a mesh banner?

A banner is solid, passes no wind, and the image reads fully saturated. Mesh is perforated and lets wind through. Choose mesh for facades and height, banner for low and sheltered positions.

How long does a banner last outdoors?

The material withstands rain and sun. Lifespan depends more on the fixing: a banner with no eyelets, or too few, tears in the wind.

What size can I order?

Any size — you enter width and length in centimetres yourself. There is no fixed size list, and the price is calculated by area.

What resolution does the file need?

150 DPI is enough. Nobody views a banner close up, so 300 DPI is unnecessary and only makes the file heavier.
