We print cash receipt order forms on carbonless paper with sequential numbering. The parts are printed in different colours so it is obvious at a glance which copy goes to whom. Book binding is available. Standard production is 3-5 working days.
How carbonless paper works
The back of each sheet is coated with microcapsules. The pressure of a pen bursts them and the dye transfers to the sheet below — no carbon sheets required. You write once and every copy fills in at the same moment.
How many parts you need
Two or three parts are usual: the first goes to the payer, the second to accounts, the third stays in the book. The parts are printed in different colours so that whoever is using them knows which copy goes where without having to think about it.
Numbering and series
Numbering makes every form unique and makes a loss visible: a gap in the sequence shows immediately that a form is missing. The series is a letter prefix separating batches. You decide which number the sequence starts from — continuing your previous batch, for example.
Book binding
Forms can be bound into books. In daily use this is easier: the copy is torn out and handed over, the rest stays in the book, and the archive builds itself. If you work with loose sheets, an unbound version is also available.
Production and delivery
Standard production is 3-5 working days. Next working day carries a 50% surcharge, same working day 100%. Collection is free, delivery within Baku is 7 AZN, and to the regions 20 AZN. The turnaround is counted in working days and weekends do not count: an order placed on Saturday with the next-working-day option is ready on Monday. The same-working-day option applies to orders placed before 12:00 and is not available on Saturdays.
